Blake provides a masterclass in the use of space and silence to create a sense of emotional heaviness. With just a brush of piano, the clack of percussion, and a ghostly aura of sub bass, the downbeat emotion of the record more than warrants attention. Truly astounding.

Make sure you have this in your arsenal of albums.

[Victoria plays a bit of ‘Limit To Your Love’]
Victoria - “That music is officially described as Dubstep.”
James - “I wouldn’t say that it’s Dubstep.”
 V [interrupting] - “Right so on that track you were on the piano. You wrote it. You wrote the lyrics..”
J - “No, no. I didn’t. It’s a cover of a Feist song.”
V - “Ah, I see.”
